Set the standards
for value creation.

Align incentives to create abundant value.

Markets are needed for scaling economies.
Their fair design matters most to their success.

01

The standard is the work.

A common market begins with precise agreements. We care about the definition of a GPU-hour, the evidence behind a capacity claim and what happens when delivery fails. The details are the product.

02

Reality gets the final word.

A model can be elegant and a demo can be convincing. Neither is a delivered GPU-hour. We test our assumptions against machines, operators and buyers, and change our minds when the evidence changes.

03

Move quickly. Make the work reviewable.

Take the smallest useful step that brings the market closer to reality. Put the reasoning in writing. Make the result easy for someone else to inspect. Speed compounds when people can understand and build on each other’s work.

04

Own the whole obligation.

A handoff is complete when the next person can move. Follow the work through its interfaces, help clear a teammate’s blocker and close the loop. Reliability is a shared responsibility.

05

Disagree precisely. Decide clearly.

Challenge an assumption with evidence, not volume. Say what would change your mind. Once a decision is made, give it a fair test, and keep the path open to a better answer.

06

Make trust inspectable.

Be clear about what works, what is proposed and what remains unproven. Publish the specification. Record the evidence. Explain the failure. Trust should survive scrutiny.

07

Build for the people on both sides.

A buyer needs access that matches the promise. An operator needs terms it can fulfil. A useful market respects both. We spend time with the people carrying the real costs of our decisions.

08

Choose work that compounds.

Prefer a clear interface over a clever workaround. Leave behind better tools, better documentation and fewer hidden dependencies. Build infrastructure that another person can rely on long after the first release.

Clear thinking.
Shared ownership.
Real delivery.

If this is how you like to work, we’d like to meet you.
